Automatic Control System for Discharges and/or Emissions (ACS&E).

Based on the regulatory framework and legal requirements:

• 219-FZ of 21.07.2014:
- Obtaining a CEP for Category I facilities
- Registration of NVOOS objects with the state
- Implementation of BAT and environmental control programs
- Equipping Category I facilities with automatic means for measuring emissions and discharges
• Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 13, 2019 N 262 and N 263:
- Rules for the creation and operation of automatic control systems for pollutant discharges and the requirements imposed on them.
• NDT ITS 22.1-2016 – general principles of production
environmental control and its metrological support
• Order of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of
of nature management from 18.10.2016 No. 670

Enterprises face the following challenges:

  • To implement the requirements of current environmental legislation with optimal costs

  • Reduce environmental charges for negative impact on the environment

  • Implement modern Best Available Technologies and environmental control programs

Our company offers a solution that meets these needs and meets legal requirements.

Automatic Emission Control System

The emission control system is a set of sensors, as well as a software and hardware complex, which are included in the state register of measuring instruments, are mounted on emission sources - pipes/gas ducts, and are designed to measure, calculate and transmit to the Federal Information Fund the values of gross emissions from a given source.
If dust meters, flow meters, temperature and pressure sensors are always mounted on the pipe at the measurement point, then gas analyzers can be non-extractive (non-sampling) and extractive. In the case of non-sampling gas analyzers, the measuring part of the device is placed in the pipe, at the measurement point. Thus, the measurement takes place directly in the pipe, the sample does not need to be removed from the pipe, cleaned of dust, or delivered to the gas analyzer.

Extractive gas analyzers are located inside the room, the analyzed gas is delivered to them via a sampling line heated to 180 C, a sampling probe with a dust filter is used to collect the sample, the sample is delivered to the gas analyzers forcibly using a pump located in the analyzer.
